In the spring, established lawns should be mown as soon as the grass greens and begins to grow. In the summer, close mowing (especially during hot weather) can weaken some grass varieties. As autumn approaches, cool-season grasses begin to grow faster and produce more clippings. Conversely, warm-season grasses begin to slow down. Adjust your mowing habits accordingly.
When can I mow or water after an application?

This can damage the plant and open it up for disease.

The time spent will depend on the type and density of the weeds, your boat motor, etc. We suggest cutting at a slow, steady pace to prevent any serious damage in the event you encounter an obstacle. Several of our customers use two Lake Mowers™, one on each side of the boat, to cut a wider area in one pass.

Is it ok to mow my lawn even though its wet?
MainIt is not a good idea to mow your lawn when it is wet. It can cause uneven mowing and ruts in your lawn. The clippings from mowing a wet lawn will be messy and they can mat and suffocate the grass. It is better to mow the grass when it is dry, even though it may look bad for a couple of days.
Can I pick the day you mow my lawn?

However, to maximize efficiency we try to mow all lawns in the same area on the same day, especially lawns in the same neighborhood. The most commonly requested days are Thursdays and Fridays, so while we will certainly take all requests into consideration, please understand that we are routing many customers and may not be able to meet everyone's scheduling requests.
Can you only mow, without trimming, edging, or blowing?
