The Bank Account General Ledger codes do not have any additional information entered (i.e.: bank, branch, account number etc.). To enter this additional information, go to the General Ledger Menu and run the Bank Account List program. Select the appropriate account that your receipts are going to and then select the 'Additional Information' button. Enter the account details and save. Bank Deposits for this account will now print correctly

Currently only Check-By-Mail and Direct Deposit to a demand deposit (checking) account are supported. Contact your bank to learn if they will accept ACH transfers for savings accounts. Banks require a 10-day pre-notification period, so direct deposit takes two payroll cycles to become effective after you've submitted your direct deposit authorization. The Federal Reserve Bank allows for 48 hours to transfer funds to receiving banks. In some instances the 48-hour rule applies. Funds will be deposited the next business day. SIS does not have an option to expedite fund transfer after the initial payroll transmission.

The option for direct deposit is only available through our payroll system. Incorporated consultant checks must be processed through our accounts payable process.
