A driveway can be placed next to the lot line as long as it does not affect the drainage between the lots and the water or snow shed does not go onto the neighbor's property. When widening a driveway it annot extend into the right-or-way without a permit from the Public Works Department.

You can construct the driveway up to but not on the property line. Do not direct storm water runoff onto adjacent property.

It depends upon the depth of the well, if you have leased your property, and if the well is going to be a vertical or directional well. A vertical well cannot be drilled closer than 100 feet from any property not in the drilling unit but may need to be up to 500 feet depending upon the depth of the well. A directional well can conceivably be drilled right next to a property line.

Reno has improved the area along the Truckee River and the biggest draw right now is the Century Theaters 12 complex at First and Sierra Streets. The theaters are two blocks from the Cal-Neva or the Siena. There's also the city-sponsored outdoor ice rink in the winter at First and Virginia Streets (the old Mapes site) and the Whitewater Kayak Park along the Truckee River at First and Arlington.

The finish line will close at 1:00PM. Anyone finishing after this time (6 hours for the Marathon) may not receive an official finish time. Center Road reopens at 11:00AM (4 hours after start of Marathon). Center Road is at mile 20 1/2 to 22 on the Marathon return.

Well Construction Standards [WAC 173-160] do not specifically state property line restrictions, but states that wells must be located a minimum of one-hundred (100) feet from sources of know or potential contamination sources. Prior to constructing a well near a property line, consider the protection of the 100-foot radius sanitary zone. If the property line is adjacent to a state, county or private road, there are also road and utility easements that must be maintained.
