Large items such as treadmills and home gyms, shipped via motor freight will require someone to be present to receive and unload the delivery. The carrier will call you ahead of time to make an appointment for delivery.

If the recipient is not available, packages may be left at the carrier's discretion. Please be advised that ownership of our products passes on to you, the purchaser, at the time of pick-up from our warehouse by UPS or USPS, who will act on your behalf as your agent. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages after delivery, although we will do everything possible and work with the shipping carrier to help retrieve any missing packages, should this rare situation occur.

Most orders will be shipped via common carrier and will be delivered to the customer at a time when the customer is available to accept the items. A bill of laden will be signed by the customer to acknowledge receipt of these items in good condition. It is the customers responsibility to thoroughly check over and visually inspect the merchandise before signing this paperwork. Any damage must be noted on the bill of laden (bol) and SmartChoiceFurniture.

Every shipment is insured in the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit to your shipping location. While cases are extremely rare, damages do happen once in a while. We request that you inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If your item(s) shipped via common carrier i.e. FedEx or UPS, simply refuse delivery and contact us immediately for a replacement. For LTL deliveries i.e. Yellow Freight, Con-Way, Road-Runner, etc.

No. Large items such as treadmills, home gyms and weights etc. that arrive via motor freight are curbside delivery only. The driver is responsible only for helping to get the equipment off of the truck. It's the customer's responsibility to transport the merchandise from the curb into the house.

A signature is required for most deliveries. We will make three separate attempts to deliver your order. After the third unsuccessful attempt, your order will be returned to the sadoun warehouse. Refused or undelivered orders will incur double shipping/handling fee.

Most customers are there at the first cleaning, or they provide us with a key. Only the team members who clean your home will have access to your keys, should you choose to leave a key with Maid 2 Kleen. Keys are tagged individually and entered into a "key book" separately. If you decide not to leave a key, we can make arrangements to accommodate your specific needs.

No panic! The nice UPS or DHL driver will come 3 days in row again and try to handover your parcel or at least they will leave you a note where to pick it up.

Every ring is dispatched with a 'Signature Required' endorsement. If your ring arrives while you are away, the carrier is prohibited from releasing your ring to anyone other than an adult matching the name prearranged on the label. A signature will also be required and cannot be waived. We follow this specific protocol to secure the safety of your ring while it is in transit.

Customers are often not at home when their delivery arrives. This is not a problem. Ideally you should leave an address where the parcel can be signed for. But if you don't think you'll be in, don't forget to fill in the special delivery instruction box so the courier can leave it in your porch, by the back door etc. For smaller packages, some people just have it delivered to their work address, a friend or neighbour or even a local shop.

Answer: We will have it delivered by truck and our professional service and installation team will assemble it, block it, anchor it, and set it up on the lot. If it is a multi-section home, the sections will be joined at the site.

Most of our customers aren't home to receive their delivery. Just tell us where to leave the bin, such as the front door or back porch. We deliver in a sealed Rubbermaid container, so you don't need to worry about poor weather or bears getting in. On your delivery day simply leave out your empty container and we'll replace it with a fresh bin.

If a recipient is not available, gifts will be left in a secure location (back door, front porch), weather permitting, at the discretion of the shipping carrier. We do not require signature for residential deliveries to avoid delays and possible returns after repeated delivery attempts. If the shipping carrier does not leave a package, a notice or postcard will be left informing them of the delivery attempt. Please contact us as soon as possible if this situation occurs.
