Every account, whether faculty or staff, is allotted a finite amount of file storage space on the mailhub server. Student, faculty and staff all receive 100 MB of e-mail space. The initial quota is sufficient generally to meet the demands of most users. To check your quota in Webmail, follow these instructions. Due to the nature of their projects, work requirements, or research, some users may exhaust their disk quota allocation.

Gallatin River Communications allows you to store up to 10MB of messages and attachments on the mail server.
