Can I paint over grout?

The color in grout, unlike tile, comes from liquid dispersed pigments. Obviously, these are not fired but rather become part of the cement/sand matrix. Grout is usually colored with an epoxy paint made for the purpose and sold in tile shops.

(It is recommended to brush off the grout a little from bubble or pebble glass in order to show the beauty of the special shape.) Do not level the grout with pebble glass or bubble glass so the shape of the pebble or bubble won’t be covered by grout. Use soft brush lower 1/3 of the grout while the grout still semi wet.
