FAQs ShowStopper (PVRs)
The cable box or satellite box you are using may have Variable Audio Output jacks. How do I find the sensor on my Cable or Satellite Box?

FAQs ShowStopper (PVRs)
On some cable boxes, the location of the sensor may be marked with an outlined box. On other cable boxes, it may be labeled "Remote" or "Sensor." If there is no indication of where the sensor is located, try using a low powered light (like a small flashlight) and shine it in the front window of your Cable or Satellite box.
