For genes up to 1 kb, the delivery time is 12 business days. One week is added for each additional 1 kb. For subcloning into a vector provided by customer, an extra 1-2 weeks are needed.

That depends on the chosen configuration CAREN-BASE has a lead-time of 6-8 weeks from order placement to delivery. Installation time may take a week, assuming that the hall (where the motion platform will be placed) and other constructions needed are installation ready. CAREN HighEnd system delivery time can be up to 20 weeks, mainly needed for building the dome projection system, the instrumented treadmill and some of the other components

Typically we can deliver in one to three days. During the peak seasons (April thru June) the schedule can go up to five days. We schedule on a first-come, first-served basis, so please try to give as much notice as possible.

We aim to deliver items in stock within 3-4 working days. Due to their size, most items are shipped direct from the Manufacturers. Orders are shipped by UPS courier or Royal Mail and require a signature upon receipt. All items are insured against loss or damage until signed for by you. If an item is out of stock we will contact you and advise on the likely delivery date, and you will have the option to wait or to cancel the order.
