Visa Application: Approximately 10 - 12 working days for the visa to be issued. Visa Stamping: Approximately 5 - 7 working days for the passport to be stamped after the required documents are submitted once the Medical process is complete. Kindly note that applications will be accepted only after all required documents are submitted. Visas cannot be processed earlier than indicated, so the applicant must ensure that he/she has enough time in Dubai to complete the process.

The time it takes to obtain a visa varies between each country and in some cases is dependent on your nationality. Visas can take anywhere from one day to ten weeks to obtain. In some cases as an agency we are able to obtain a visa in a shorter period of time relative to public applications.

Visas are usually available at 16:00 on the NEXT working day after your interview day; however, certain exceptions apply. If your application is approved, you will be advised at the end of the interview when to pick up your visa and passport. Visa validity that is printed on your visa (usually 3 months from the day of interview) means that you can enter the United States during these 3 months. For example, your interview is on May 10. Your visa will be valid until August 09.

The type of visa an educational institution issues for you may depend on how long you want to study with us. For courses of less than 3 months, they can issue tourist visas invitations. If your course is longer than 3 months, then they can issue a 6- or 12-month multi-entry business visa. Sometimes they issue invitations for initial 3-month single-entry visas, which can be converted to year-long multi-entry visas after arrival in Russia.

Processing time varies significantly from country to country. In some cases it is best to allow at least 6 months for Visa applications to be processed. Processing times vary between offices for a variety of reasons. The office processing your application will provide you with information on the average processing times. Application processing is slowed down by lodging an incomplete application or by failure to comply with any requests made of you by DIMIA in the time specified.

The application process can usually take anywhere from 1-3 weeks – occasionally longer (given the time of year). However, in the event that interested participants require their application expedited due to time constraints, they are requested to contact Global Crossroad's offices prior to submitting their application.

Please allow approximately 4-6 months for your images to complete the review process and to receive your final results.

The number of treatments required varies with each client. Those clients that adhere to the recommended treatment schedule usually accomplish their goal between 12 to 18 months. Some improvement should be observed within several months after beginning treatment, provided the patient adheres to the recommended treatment schedule.

Forms submitted during working hours of Monday-Friday (9am - 3pm), a diagnosis will generally be made within the hour. An email will be sent to you with the results of that diagnosis including a link to our member’s area where you may obtain your medication by next day delivery. For consultation forms submitted outside of normal working hours (including evenings and weekends), a diagnosis will be made during the next business day.

employee’s Residence Visa can take up to 4 weeks to process. An employee will arrive in the UAE on an Employment Visa which will later be changed to a Residence Visa. A Residence Visa entitles you to work in the UAE and is valid for 3 years. Once you have a Residence Visa and all of the necessary documents, you can sponsor your spouse and any dependent children who will be residing in the UAE.

You may have heard that the normal length of time from the filing of the fiancée visa petition with the INS, until the issuance of the visa by the US Consulate, is six months to one year. This is true, however, our normal processing time from date of filing until receipt of visa is 40 to 90 days.

Apply early! The entire process from initial petitioning to visa issuance can take six months or more regardless of whether the petition is filed with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services in the United States or at a U.S. Embassy abroad. Applicants are advised not make any major life changes (e.g. selling of a home, ticket purchases, leaving employment) until after delivery of the actual visa.
