However, when you enroll in the Premium Dental Buy-up plan, your copayments and deductibles are lower and you have a higher calendar-year maximum. We have licensed dentists, hygienists and assistants that provide dental checkups, x-rays, consultations for wisdom teeth problems, suture removal, TMJ consultations, cleaning, second opinions and referral services.
