To close your account, please email admin@associatedcontent.com from your Associated Content login email address, and put "Close Account" in the subject line. Your content will remain published. If you would like to disassociate yourself from your content, please update your penname before contacting us.

Call the number on the back of your card to submit your request to close your account. Please note that the membership fee and all applicable fees will continue to be charged to the account until it has a zero balance and has cycled. Once the account is closed it cannot be reactivated. If your account is a Rewards account, you will not be able to redeem any previously accumulated points once the account is closed.

When you close your account, all your albums and/or music videos will be taken down from all stores and services. Any money you might have in your account will be transfered to you the way you request it. Finally, we remove your artist/band and album and music video information from our storage. SpamCop reports include a URL that allows you to register an issue (IP/datestamp or website) as "resolved." For a website, you even have the option of registering as an "innocent bystander." In either case, anyone who tries to report the same issue through SpamCop in the future will receive a message stating what action you have taken and they will be prevented from filing a report on the same issue. This keeps your workload to a minimum and lets spam fighters know you are helping wipe out spam!

You may close your account by visiting My Account and clicking on Change / Close / Suspend. Just fill in box 'Close My Account' and a email will be sent confirming account closure. NOTE : If you cancel before your plan end you will forfeit your remaining days, so advisable to cancel your subscription just before this date. On the login page click on the Forgotten Your Password link to have your password emailed directly to you.
