I think I have registered before, but I can't remember my Cisco.com (previously CCO) User ID and/or my password.

A Cisco.com (previously CCO) User ID and password uniquely identifies you in our system, and includes personal information as well as the type of access and sites you have rights to. Another employee may or may not have the same access as you do. In addition, if you use another person's Cisco.com (previously CCO) User ID, there may be legal issues connected to your right to access certain sites or tools. Please read Cisco Terms and Conditions for more information.

Your Cisco.com User ID is your user name, which you create when you register with Cisco.com. Your Cisco.com User ID allows you to access enhanced Cisco content, training, technical support, and product information. Employees of Cisco authorized resellers or Cisco Certified or Specialized partners may also register for partner-level access to Cisco.com.

CCO logins are only available to PEA students who are uppers, seniors, and the College Counseling staff. If you are a student in one of those groups, and don't have your CCO login and password yet, see your CCO Counselor. If you do not have a CCO login, there is still plenty of information available to you on the site, but you won't be able to save personal, college, and statistical information to your own customized page.

The Session ID is an optional feature used by iPOLL Limited and iPOLL Select subscribers to identify a specific search session. This information is reported on monthly iPOLL usage statements. The Session ID can be used to identify individual users in a multi-user office environment or to identify specific projects for billing purposes.

The University Service Center is now issuing the Gothic Card (Campus Photo IDs) to all Students, Faculty, Staff, Alumni, Visitors, Pre-College Programs, Athletic Center users, affiliates, contractors, and vendors. A State ID is a barcoded alpha-numeric tag that is applied at the time the equipment is received. The tag is used to identify SDSU campus inventory and to track the equipment during its life on campus. Typically, the State ID can be found on a yellow sticker placed on durable campus items.

Go see your CCO Counselor — they can look up your login and tell you what it is. You can't change your CCO login name, but you can change your password during a visit with your CCO counselor.

Yes. Cisco Connection Online (CCO) and the new Cisco.com will co-exist for a period, to assist you in your transition to the new site. CCO will be removed after the transition is complete. To access CCO (the former website), there is a link from the new Cisco.com home page.

To upgrade your Cisco.com access to Cisco.com Partner Level Access, please associate yourself with the partner or reseller company with whom you are employed. Employees of Cisco Channel Partners, including Authorized Resellers, Registered Partners, Certified or Specialized Partners, or Cisco distributors are eligible for Cisco.com Partner Level Access. You can get your ID at the ID Center located in the Flawn Academic Center (FAC) at the Information Desk, 1st floor. IDs are $10 for students. Payments are only accepted at the cashier's office located in the main building (the Tower building) or online under "What I Owe." To display your computer ID, from NI License Manager (Start?Programs?National Instruments?NI License Manager), go to Options?Display Computer ID. Note that when you activate using the NI Activation Wizard, all of the necessary information, including the computer ID, is gathered and displayed for you.
