Why am I not able to send and receive emails. I have deleted most of my emails?

You have not cleared your deleted emails from your trash folder that is the reason why you are not being able to receive emails and being shown over quota. Firstly you need to log into the site; you do this by going to www.postmaster.co.uk and then clicking on the button that says login. You will need to enter your login and password to gain access (if you have forgotten your password then there is a link just below the login details that will enable you to get a new password).
