Free accounts have a size limit of 2 MB or 2048 kb per image.. Premium accounts have a size limit of up to 7 MB or 7168 kb per image.

You can upload any .jpg image not larger than 1MB, however any image with a height or width greater than 1024 will be reduced such that its longest side is 1024. For this reason its very advisable for you to reduce your images to 1024 prior to uploading them as this will save you a LOT of time uploading.

We recommend that you do not try to upload images larger than 1 MB. Although your images will be automatically resized (640 x 480), they may look clearer and/or upload faster if you resize them yourself.

Banner images should not exceed 200px x 75px in width and height respectively. Images exceeding this size will be cropped or excluded. Yes, although our Pro Studio Manager is, by far, the most convenient method of uploading your full-size images to Printroom, you can mail in a CD_ROM or DVD with full-size images for us to upload. If you have created galleries and uploaded thumbnails (synchronized) and are sending us a CD with the TAGGED (not original) images, we will upload the full resolution files for free. If you have not created the gallery and uploaded the thumbnails, the price is $0.

I would prefer that your image be no larger than 490 pixels across. If you send me an image larger than that, you can expect that I will resize the image to fit the specification. One more thing- it really annoys me when I recieve a HUGE image fresh from your scanner, so please be decent and resize them down to reasonable dimensions if you can!!

To upload cover art, log in and go to your Video Gallery (located on the Media tab). Under the Video Actions column, click the Edit link next to the video you would like to add a cover image to. In the Update Video Details form, you will see a Cover Image upload box. Browse and select the image you want. Be sure to save your changes by clicking Update before leaving the form!
