If your order has not left our store for local delivery or for shipping, we will be happy to change the address. If your order is out on the van for local delivery and an attempt has been made to deliver it, the basket will be returned to our store and the basket will be delivered the next business day. There will be a $3.00 local delivery charge for second day attempts. Once your order has been mailed we cannot change the address information.

Please contact us immediately with the corrected information. If your gift has not yet shipped, we will correct it immediately with no problem. If your gift has already been shipped however, we must wait until delivery is attempted before we can change the address with the shipping carrier. Additional charges will be incurred for rerouting. Since we will not know that you have provided an incorrect shipping adress until UPS attempts to deliver the order, we handle as normal. However, if UPS must re-direct the order to another address than the one provided at the time of the order, they charge an address correction fee. This fee will be passed along to you.
