What happens on Induction Day?

After your arrival at the centre, by 12.00 noon at the latest, you will be given an induction. This will take most of an afternoon and possibly some of the evening, and will be divided into several sections. Firstly, each member of staff will be given a general induction, which will provide an overview of the proceedings, cover health and safety issues and financial matters. After this, staff will be briefed on their specific roles, duties and requirements in a job-specific induction.
