Yes. All students are initially registered for the MEng degree, but you can elect to change to the three-year BEng at the end of year 2, and there are no restrictions for this choice. Students whose academic performance at the end of year 2 is assessed as being below the appropriate standard will be transferred to a BEng programme.

It is just a differentiation between the Full-time and Part-time Engineering Degree in NUS. Our part time course is catered more to the working class people who wants to upgrade themselves and still have the choice of keeping their current job. To complete their M.Eng. thesis, other schedules can be accommodated with the agreement of their VI-A company. Ans. Yes. The RCI has launched a National Programme on Orientation of Medical Officers Working in Primary Health Centres since July 1999. This has been done with the prime objective of creating awareness and sensitization in the rural areas for creating better service facilities in the much-neglected rural areas of the country. You can count courses towards any number of degrees but you have to complete a proportion of 'new study' for each additional degree. For the BEng(Hons), that amounts to 120 points from courses that you have not already counted towards a previous degree. A thesis plan (20 units of course work) for the Master of Science degree is also possible.
