Many documents on the Web-Site are either in the pdf or odt format. Acrobat Reader (6.0 or higher) and Open Office (2.0 or higher) are required to open these documents. These software can be installed without any cost and are freely available on the Internet at their website. ODF Foundation will soon be providing a plug-in for different MS Word Software. There is an icon of a magnifying glass on the menu bar of the PDF file. After you click the icon, each click with the magnifying glass cursor zooms in on that section of the page. To make the PDF file smaller or zoom out, hold the control button down while you click with the magnifying glass cursor. Each time you click, the page gets smaller.
