Yes. The Silhouette adjustable platforms will fit inside standard Queen and King headboard, foot- board and side-rails. Because the Full XL and Twin XL are not the standard sizes that most bed frames come in, your standard Twin and Full bed frames will not work with these size adjustable beds. When you order a float bed please be aware that float is delivered as a transport-case including a detailed assembly instruction and all necessary premium quality tools.
