During the ordering process you will have an option to have your products shipped via USPS, FedEx Express Saver, FedEx Express 2 Day, FedEx Express Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight or FedEx First Overnight. Rates are clearly stated for each product and shipping method before you check out.

You can choose shipping by United Parcel Ground Service (2 to 7 day delivery, depending on the distance you live from Chicago, IL), United Parcel 2-Day Service (2nd business day delivery by 5:00PM), or UPS Next Day Service (delivery next business day by 10:30AM, Noon or 5:00pm, depending on service in your area). U.S. Postal Service delivery is also available ( for APO, FPO, AE addresses and Post Office Boxes only ).

this time, we are only able to ship to addresses within the United States. Express and international shipping options will be available soon.

We charge 30% of the pre-tax total for shipping. All items are shipped from Northern California using either UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Post Office). We only ship to United States Addresses. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, then 1-8 days for delivery. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you right away. We are not responsible for third-party shipping delays. Once your order has shipped, we will e-mail you a confirmation.

After you choose your country when shopping, the shipping methods available to your region will appear for you to choose the one you prefer. The shopping cart is where you store all the products you added to your order. It allows you to view information about your order and to proceed with its placement.

We ship with UPS, Federal Express, DHL and the U.S. Post Office. We can also ship overnight but additional charges will apply and we are not responsible for the exact times of the overnight delivery.

You may choose the shipping method during the checkout process. Our primary shipping carrier is UPS. For Free Shipping, we mostly use UPS Ground, or trucking company for volume purchase.

For shipments to destinations within the United States, we use USPS Priority Mail with confirmation service for our standard shipments. We use International Ground for orders outside the United States

Shipping rates applies to the contiguous US only. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands require UPS 2nd Day Air. UPS does offer a separate ground service for Puerto Rico; please inquire with Customer Service. LS&S cannot accept a PO Box for a delivery address, so please use a valid street address for the shipping destination. Special freight is added to certain products because of their size and weight. These products are listed in our catalog with the additional charge.
