Yes, there is a $5 fee per visit that fall on a holiday. We feel that since our sitters are taking time out of their holiday to make sure that your pets are taken care of, that they should get a little something extra for it!

There is a $5.00 surcharge per visit on the following holidays: New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Eve.

We offer all our customary services whenever our offices are open. When our offices are closed, an urgent problem will be handled by our on-call staff.

Our routine hours match standard business hours - Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, but emails are usually answered in the evenings and at weekends. Urgent tasks can be accommodated, and may be done out of normal hours by prior arrangement.

The cost increases for some Saturday delivery. Presently USPS delivers on Saturdays at no addition cost. USPS will deliver on Sunday or National holidays only on overnight express mail.

Yes! Cartoons are ALWAYS optional (even when the posted model for an item is displayed with cartoons.) We charge a small fee of 60 cents per cartoon persons as their customization requires a little extra work. This is a one time fee is per cartoon characters and separate from the price of stationery items. This means that you can purchase several different types of stationery items within the same order, but you are only charged once for the customized cartoons you order.

We do not ship on the weekends or public holidays. Our shipping department packages orders on weekends, however as our Carriers do not ship on weekends or holidays, orders that have been packaged on those days will not be shipped until the following business day.
