To get the best result, choose Create Image File command from Drive menu (or context menu) to copy the damaged data to another hard drive. You can create the Image of segments of the partition, Image of the whole partition, or even Image of the full hard drive. To adjust the number of attempts to read bad sectors, use I/O Tries in Drive Control properties. After the Image is created, you can open the Image using Open Image File command, and work with it as with original drive. (See also Q24)

If you have provided an email address during the registration, or if you have entered one in your profile, you can have your password sent to you by email. On the login page, there is a box called Forgot your login information? You can type in your atlasser number there, OR your email address (exact spelling is required). The password will be sent to the email address you provided us. This way, no one else can retrieve your password.

You cannot. The whole point of Passcard and Identity security is that only the person who knows the Master Password can use Passcards and Identities protected by this password. If you forgot your Master Password (or if you do not remember creating one but RoboForm requests it from time to time) then the only course of action is to remove all Passcards and Identities protected by Master Password and then remove Master Password itself. Unfortunately it is not possible. You have to enter a new password. From now all calls will be protected by the new password. You will not be able to play the old calls.
