Generally we start at 6 years old. On occasion, when a family is aware of a child's significant language difficulty at an early age, we have used IdeaChain with children as young as 5 years old. In this instance IdeaChain can be an excellent program to support family interaction. Interstate 73 and the 74 extension are specified in the ISTEA legislation. I-73 will go from Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, while the 74 extension will head east from its present Cincinnati, Ohio terminus to Portsmouth, Ohio and be mostly multiplexed with 73 south of there. A North Carolina portion south of Greensboro was already freeway, so they installed signs there. Some states are reluctant to build the new highway, specifically Ohio.

Generally accepted guidelines from the American Society for Bariatric Surgery and the National Institutes of Health indicate surgery only for those 21 years of age and older. The simple answer is 4 years old, maybe, but I'll address this in a second . . . the GKA uses an early child development system of instruction for ages 4-6. Classes focus on gross and fine motor skill development, etiquette, encouragement, and karate-type games to teach punching, blocking, and kicking. This age group never "hits" each other in a class session. Additionally, a benefit to your child is that they learn the discipline to focus and accomplish assigned task.
