Statements for Everyday account customers are issued each quarter. They list date, e-TAG device serial number, total number of trips for each day and the cost of each trip. More detailed statements, listing the time of trip per day can be provided at a cost of $3.30 per statement, or $11 for the whole year. This cost will be debited quarterly from your account.

In July, the bill for fall semester will be mailed to the student’s billing address. Another bill will be sent to the same address in mid-December reflecting charges for spring semester.

The special assessment statement will inform you of the type of special assessment you are being billed for. Examples of special assessments are paving, sidewalk repairs and delinquent water bills. Special assessments generally are due once a year with the first half property tax installment. If you have additional questions please contact our office at 712-792-1200.

We mail your property tax statements during the month of February and the second half property taxes in September.

Municipal Utility District tax notices are mailed in October. Taxes are due upon receipt of the statement. Penalty and interest begin to accrue on February 1. Payments are posted according to postmark, so if a payment is mailed in late January, be sure to have the envelope postmarked by the postal service no later than January 31 to avoid penalties and interest. Property owners are responsible for ensuring that the information on their tax statement is correct. Call the MUD Tax Dept.

Annual Statements are mailed once each year, usually in early December. All statements are included in the Retirement Progress Report, which also offers a planning guide.

Billing Statements are mailed to the student’s billing address. If no billing address is specified, the bill will be mailed to the student’s mailing (permanent) address.

Property Tax Statements are mailed out once a year. If you purchase your property after the tax statements have already been mailed out, you will NOT receive a tax statement from us. Instead, you will receive a "courtesy letter" stating the taxes due for the year. You will receive this letter regardless if your mortgage company is escrowing for your taxes and intend to pay them. Click on the Cancel EPIC Service link in the left navigation bar of the website and follow the steps for canceling the service.

If you decide to cancel your e-statements, your e-statement history will be deleted. If you wish to print or save your available statements to a file, you must do so before you cancel the service.

Please see copies of statements above. The best way is to have the statement e-mailed or faxed. You may also email your request at support@myvoicemailnetwork.com. Each account has a pre-set service credit limit, generally $50.00. This credit limit has been established for a variety of reasons, but primarily to protect you from potential fraud.

P6Spy is a transparent JDBC proxy-driver specialized to log the statements performed against the actual driver you normally would use. Using p6spy would allow to log the SQL statements issued by DbUnit. Move spy.properties into a directory listed in your classpath. Student tickets are not mailed. Student tickets will be available for pickup starting Wednesday August 15, 2007. Students must present a valid OSU BUCK ID for the autumn quarter and have their autumn quarter fees paid in full in order to pick up their season ticket. Students ordering the Youngstown St. and or Akron games will have to be enrolled for classes for the autumn quarter prior to picking up tickets for either of these games.

The applicant will be notified by email or phone, as specified during enrollment, when his/her credential is available at the enrollment center. The applicant must return to the same enrollment center to pick up his/her TWIC.
