The other two programs offered by Community Living Alliance are the Medical Assistance Personal Care program (MAPC) and the Community Integration/Community Options program (CIP/COP). Other local government, community, and faith-based agencies that will play an integral part in your SS/HS comprehensive plan can also sign the preliminary MOA, but are not required. For example, if your community has a separate local substance abuse prevention agency that will be coordinating substance abuse services, you should include details about that agency's role in the narrative, logic model, and the preliminary MOA.
