It is best to pick up first-time prescriptions in person so a pharmacy staff member may discuss the medication with you and answer any of your questions. If it is a refill and it is necessary, please phone the Health Service Pharmacy at (406) 243-5171 and inform the pharmacy staff of the person who will be picking up your prescription. Please ask them to present identification when doing this.

You can scan the prescription and email it as an attachement (file smaller than 300K) to rx@entirelypets.com, or fax it to 1-800-889-2966.

If you received an email telling you that your prescription is ready, you can follow the directions in the email message and click the included pickup link. Or, you can visit www.craneherb.com, and enter your prescription number and last name in the prescription pickup form.

You can send someone to pick up your prescription. Whoever you send must be at least 16 years old, and must know your date of birth.

A – You may call in a request for your prescription and it will be filled and ready for you on the day you state that you are coming. We do not fill your prescription until you contact us with the date to be filled or you arrive at the pharmacy window.

A - For privacy reasons, we can only dispense medication to the intended patient. However, if you give express permission to someone else, usually in writing (send a note with them) or by contacting us by phone, then that designated person can pick up your prescription.

If someone other than a family member is picking up a prescription for you, please call the pharmacy and advise them that you have given that person permission to pick up your prescription and sign for it. HIPAA regulations require that prescriptions be picked up by the person the prescription is written for or their designee.

We will request that you sign a Pharmacy Agreement, Authorization & Waiver form. This is available for download (by retainer clients only) on our Forms & Templates page or you may contact us by phone or email to receive copies. You will also need to provide us with an original or clear copy of your prescription insurance card.

You can save time by going to your doctor's office and have them complete the form and mail or fax it back to us. Or, if you place an order, we can call your doctor on your behalf and have your prescriptions authorized for you.

No - as long as your prescription is not more than two years old and you are confident about entering your details into the ordering page, we do not need to see a copy.
