How often should you use the nasal irrigator?

sinus infection symptom-treatment, asthma symptoms-treatment...
The sinus irrigator should be used daily if there are symptoms ,or if the common cold or allergy season is bad. If there are no symptoms, this means the cilia are working OK and you don't need the irrigation. I see no objection to adding grape seed extract to the irrigation. It will take me some time to evaluate the result of this addition. After you irrigate, your sinuses contain the saline solution. This solution has displaced the mucus, bacteria, etc that was in the sinus.

Why is a nasal irrigator more effective than saline nose drops?

sinus infection symptom-treatment, asthma symptoms-treatment...

What about the Hydrofloss (R) oral irrigator unit?

Frequently Asked Questions
I am not totally convinced that the magnetic powers of the Hydrofloss (R) irrigator make that machine all that more effective as an oral irrigator. For better than half the price, I know that the Via-jet(R) is very effective, in any event. Both units are basically tools anyway, so the bottom line is how you use them... See similar questions...

A nasal swab involves placing a swab inside the nostrils and taking a culture.
