Auto-Pay is a convenient way to pay your rent automatically by having our system debit your designated account for the exact amount of your rent every month on a pre-specified day. As with all transactions that you make on Tenantplus.com, your manager will receive instant notification that you have paid your rent. Auto-Pay will also send you a reminder in advance before your account is debited. You must be registered and have an active Tenant account with us to pay your rent using our system.
