It's been reliably reported that Exchange 2000's POP3 support is so broken that it's unusable. One symptom is that messages without a terminating newline get the POP3 message termination dot emitted -- you guessed it -- right after the last character of the message, with no terminating newline added. We will not provide you with Enterprise Manager or any other means to connect to your database. You must have your own Microsoft SQL 2000 Enterprise Manager software from Microsoft. There is very limited support for SQL Server 2000. If you just want to use it because you heard it is better, please remain with Microsoft Access.

For MS Access databases, you should have a directory called 'db' at the SAME level as your 'wwwroot' directory. If you delete your /db directory and need to create one, this must be done with an FTP client such as WS-FTP or CuteFTP and not Microsoft FrontPage. The /db directory should not be inside the 'wwwroot' directory. This will ensure that no-one that visits your site will be able to directly download your database. Upload your database to this 'db' directory.

To import Excel data in Sigview, save it as "Tab delimited (*.txt)" file from Excel. You should remove all unnecessary headers or additional text from the sheet before you do that. You can import such files in Sigview by using File/ASCII/Import... menu option. To import Sigview data in Excel, save it as tab delimited file by using File/ASCII/Export... menu option, and load those in Excel as Text-file.
