Sales tax is charged on all orders that have a shipping destination in the State of Ohio. If you are a non-profit organization with a shipping address in Ohio, please put a note that includes your Federal Tax ID number in the additional comments area at the time of checkout. We will then issue you a credit in the amount of the sales tax that our shopping cart calculates, and email you a new receipt with an accurate order total. If you order items that total under 1000 €, you do not have to pay any customs tax, or any other extra charge.

All orders from within the EU are free from any customs charges. If you order from outside the EU you might get charged for duty and customs fees, however most smaller packages will make it through customs. We suggest you talk to your local customs office for more information. For any special shipping requests please use the comment box when checking out. First thing you should do is contacting your local post office. Often they forget to leave you a note about your undelivered records.

We are required by law to charge sales tax if the state to which the order is being shipped has a state tax and if we have a store location in that state. The charge to you is based on the sales tax for the state to which the order is being shipped.

Since antiques and art are exempt from import duty, most of your purchases will enter the country duty free. You may be charged customs for items that are less than 100 years old, depending on what they are. This is usually a small percentage of the purchase value. We can offer you a flexible package for the Porcelain Festival or the Doll Festival, including a hotel and rental car.
