Each guest is allowed to carry one small piece of hand luggage (unchecked baggage), which must not exceed 7 kilograms. If we feel that your hand luggage exceeds the requirement, we will advise you to check it in as checked-in baggage. In the event that your total checked-in baggage exceeds 15 kilograms, an excess baggage charge will be incurred.

The Action Challenge staff will assist you in the procedure to report the lost bags. We will also inform our ground staff and they will chase up while we continue with the challenge. Your insurance should cover the purchase of necessary items. Often, the baggage turns up within 24 hours. All bags should be labelled clearly and you should wear important clothing on the flight (such as hiking boots and trekking trousers etc) so you can continue with the event should this happen.

If the airline changed or cancelled your flights, the airline must assist you. ABS Travel did not change the flights. The airline did, thus the airline must fix your itinerary and/or ongoing travel. Yes, provided these items are in containers not more than 100mls and presented in a one litre transparent bag separately at the passenger security screening point. If these items are not essential for use during your flight we strongly recommend that you pack them into your checked in luggage.
