of the time I use Badger Precise Design Model Flex. The stuff is marvelous, water-based, dries quickly and comes in a vast amount of colors. The other 10% I use Testors. We don't recommend using hair spray other than our own Grooming Mist, simply because we don't know all the ingredients that go into all the hair sprays on the market and some ingredients may be counter-productive. Absolutely! We use very high quality (high cost) slide pots and like a fine race car, maintenance is critical. If you keep the pot clean and lubricated it will last many years. We recommend you wait at least 4-6 hours after your session before you go to the gym for a work out. The heat and perspiration may alter your results if you do not wait at least this amount of time.

The frequency of use depends on your skin type. After your first session in the Spa, you should have an understanding of how your skin reacts with the solution. If you have fair skin, you may need to use the booth a few times at first in order to get the tan you desire.
