The Product Codes tell you the size of roll, the type of paper and the length of the roll. For example, the most common 3 1/8" Thermal roll is 230 feet long. That Product Code is 318T230. The first number represents the width of the receipt, 3 1/8", the T stands for Thermal Paper and 230 tells you it is 230 feet long. 3B165, would mean 3" wide, Bond and 165 feet long. 238TATM875 means it is 2 3/8" Wide, Thermal for an ATM and is 875 feet long.
