Yes, the correct upsize is 245/40/18 front and 275/35/18 rear for 18" wheels and 245/35/19 front and 275/30/19 rear for 19" wheels. Many have done this on both stock and lowered cars without any rubbing issues.

The main problem as always is having the wheel clear the brakes. Here is a list of which wheel will swap straight onto which model year NSXs. The 2002 wheel spokes do not flare out enough closer to the center where the 1991 - 1996 caliper sits. If you upgrade a 1991 - 1996 car to have to '97+ front rotors (which moves the caliper further out), you can use 2002 wheels. You could also use a 5mm spacer to push the wheels out enough to clear the caliper.

The only difference between these 2 products is the way that the key number comes. The OEM w/ COA comes with the key number (product key) on an actual Certificate of Authenticity (COA) from Microsoft. The OEM w/ KEY just has the serial number on a label on the back of the cd sleeve. Some people feel more secure getting the product key on a COA while others are willing to save money and just get the key number on a label. Both are fully licensable and able to be registered with Microsoft.

Hub-piloted wheels have a center hole machined to a close tolerance and are intended to mate with a hub having a properly sized pilot diameter. The bolt holes will be bored or stamped straight through the center disc which is designed to be fastened with either flanged nuts or a clamp ring using cone nuts.
