The best and easiest way to optimize D2_3DFX is to write a batch file (.BAT) to launch D2_3DFX.EXE for you. If this is the case and you wonder what a favicon is, try adding http://www.favorez.com to your IE favorites and then run repair favicons again. There is another reason why no favicons may get updated. Favorez needs to get the favicons from remote servers on the web.
