The Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Center is a department of the City of Rock Island. Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve is not a state park. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, managed by the Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve Association, Inc. in cooperation with the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission.
