Solution: There are 24 schedules, which you can program to play store opening or closing announcements at specific times of the day and on specific days of the week. You will select an announcement and program the Schedule Time. You can also use the Manual Control feature to start or stop playing the announcement immediately. Wine deteriorates in the presence of oxygen. The most practical thing to do is finish the wine. When this isn't sensible you can place a wine stopper on the bottle and refrigerate it so that tyou can cook with it at a later date. Not all opened wine bottles should be used for cooking.
