If you are using WinXP, you will find that the drivers are built into the operating system and they should install automatically through "adding new hardware. For all other Microsoft operating systems, you must obtain the drivers from Microsoft. For Linux, the driver information can be found here.

Click on the "Start" menu, - Go to - Click on the selection Hard Disk or Disk Drive to check if your FlyCASE has been recognised and the drivers are installed and activated. Your new hard disk should appear in the list. To make sure, all you need do is select Hard Disk/Disk Drive and disconnect your FlyCASE; your FlyCASE hard disk should disappear from the screen.
