Since hotel policies regarding late checkout (generally after 12:00 p.m.) vary by location and by hotel, please notify the hotel at the time of check-in to make the necessary arrangements and to avoid any charges related to a late check-out.

Again our cleaning crew must clean and prepare multiple cabins and it would be unfair to them and to our other customers to allow a later check-out. As a result, check-out is anytime prior to 11:00 AM. For every one-half hour after 11:00 AM, we charge an additional one-half nights rent. We protect the privacy of our guests and if we had maps to the cabins that privacy could be compromised. If you try to find any of our cabins through an online map service, you'll be quite disappointed.

Policies regarding early check-in and late checkout vary by hotel. Most hotels are prepared to accept guests at 2:00 p.m. or later and request checkout at 12 noon or earlier. Contact the hotel directly prior to your arrival to request early check-in or late checkout.

While we do our best to accommodate every request by our guests, please note it is very difficult to accommodate these requests. Properties are cleaned in the order they are vacated and the 5 hour window is needed to clean and inspect the properties before the next check-in is allowed.

We try to observe strict check-in and check-out times to allow us sufficient time to do a thorough cleaning between guests. Some leniency may be allowed if there are no guests immediately before or after your scheduled stay.

You should report to the test center at the time shown on your admission notification email. Actual starting time of the test may vary at different test centers due to differences in the amount of time necessary for pre-test administrative procedures. If you report to the center later than the time stated on your admission notification email, you will not be admitted.

If the night before your stay is not rented, early check-in is possible. Late check-out has a charge of half the price of a night.

You are welcome to check-in late or check-out early but please let us know so we can inform the resort. We don't offer any discount on late check-in or early check-out.
