The difference is the number of column defect allowed in the CCD sensor. For a grade A CCD, there is no column defect in the central 750 x 750 CCD area. For a grade B CCD, the maximum number of column defects should not exceed 10 in the whole image.

Grade B eggshells may have slight blemishes, such as scratches, stains, natural blemishes, etc. They are not cracked or broken in any way. Grade B eggshells are mostly used by artists for painting or carving where these blemishes are covered up. You might want to order a Grade A eggshell if you are planning on displaying it in it's natural state.

explained above, the difference between grade A and B is very subtle. Aside from the nature of the applications, if the budget is not a concern, offer grade A.

Maple syrup must meet exacting standards for purity. High quality Grade A syrup can be made only by the evaporation of pure maple sap, and by weight may contain no less than 66 percent sugar (Brix). If the application is use for Alignment; Measurement; Analyze; the object, it is better to use Square Pixels because the image size (Height & Width) which you capture is same as the actual object size. If you use non-Square Pixels CCD camera, the Width of the image will be wider than the actual object size.

This is the size of a camera sensor's active area. The smaller the dimension, the more "work" the camera will have to do to present a monitor sized picture. A 1/4" CCD will have to magnify the image more to show the image on the monitor. A 1/3" CCD will need less magnification to show the image on the monitor. A 1/3" CCD will cost more and have a better image. Both types are adequate for reaview systems.

CCD is used in professional cameras because of its high resolution quality and its ability to record in low-light situations. In my mind, essay grades start at 50 for a turned-in on-time assignment and earn points as I read. For course investment, however, everyone starts at 100 and loses points (down to zero, if necessary) for missed classes and inadequate participation, or other elements of course investment.
