First, try to ensure that you get one with the correct capacity (flow-rate), and speed that is correct for your system. Most modern systems use a 3 speed pump, and most low water capacity boilers will need it running on the highest speed. It is best to get the same make and model if possible, or at least one of the same PHYSICAL size, then you won't have to mess with pipework to install the new one. Yes. Designer radiators have common pipe fittings, the same as standard radiators. You can fit a designer radiator in your home, and it will work alongside standard radiators. Alternatively, you could fit designer radiators in your whole house, the choice is completely yours! You also don't need any additional pumps for our designer radiators.

The installation of a new system does involve new pipe work being fitted and heating controls being installed. We aim to ensure that disruption in your home is kept to a minimum, we will keep you updated on our progress at all times.

No. Although most modern boilers have a high limit thermostat, residual heat can be conducted by the heat exchanger. Unless the boiler manufacturer states otherwise, a minimum of 1 metre run of pipe from the boiler casing should be copper. This recommendation includes the cold water mains supply to a combi boiler.
