Normally this problem is caused because the file already exists on the server and is read-only or you don't have appropriate permissions to overwrite it. To circumvent this problem rename your file by adding a number following the file name but before the file extension (if visible). For example FRUIT.doc would become FRUIT1.doc

By design, it is not possible to have two sessions of the PHONEslips program running at the same time for the same account. Close one of the sessions to access PHONEslips.
