JEM, like other moving image archives around the world safeguards the original or master recordings in its archives. Research copies of materials, with burnt-in time code, are available on either DVD or VHS formats. For licensing materials, we use a submaster recording and can provide footage in NTSC standard Beta SP, DVCam, Mini-DV, VHS and DVD.

Due to copyright issues it is rare to be able to provide film stills of the costumes for use in your exhibition or for promotional material. We can, however, usually provide images of our costumes displayed on dress stands for you to use for exhibition advertisement.

Yes, the cost of the video is $60 for a VHS or $75 for a DVD. All videos are edited to music and include a pre and post jump interview. Stills are $25 for a roll of 24 (35 mm), you get the pictures developed. Or $20 for a 8x10 or $15 for a 5x7 (digital camera).

In the Afiniti player under "Movies," you will want to go into the "Make" area. When playing your imported video, you can click on the camera icon button just to the left of the preview screen. This allows you to take a still of any frame in your video! With Afiniti's SnapShot option, you can grab up to 100 picture stills from your video and drag and drop them into a personalized album to share with family and friends!

Image.net will have downloadable stills of the films as well as electronic presskits as they become available. Accredited press will also have access to hard copies of press kits, bios, EPKs and screeners (when available) at the Festival Press Office.

Videos - Each year, a production company will film each jump and landing and make a DVD available for purchase at Bridge Day and on their website. The DVD is typically ready to ship early the next year. Please visit our video gallery for details of the Bridge Day videos since 1992. Portions of the raw footage filmed at each Bridge Day is typically shown at the party Saturday night.

Normally, we do not return submitted materials unless specifically requested. Shipping will be at your expense unless we return the materials along with your order. We want you to keep coming back for more orders and we will keep all final materials for your order on file for two years. Nonetheless, we will gladly return your original materials to you with your order for no extra charge. Just let us know your preference when you order.

We do not distribute any bigbaddivas titles to any adult video stores. The only place to find bigbaddivas is on the site from the store. We sell all titles for the same price including newest titles. Right now I do not give discount prices for older titles.

The Rotch Visual Collection houses many films, slides and videos, while the Lewis Music Library is home to many audio recordings on LP, tape and CD. Search Barton for materials throughout the Libraries - be sure to limit the search by specific format.

If you have the rights to them, then stock photos are permitted. In other words, you may use photos not taken during the 48 hour time period.

Media Services, the Librarians and/or the Instructional Technology Consultants help with obtaining public performance rights, getting permission to copy and working with vendors or distributors to smooth any problems with your use of their tapes for preview or classroom. We try to purchase or rent videos with the public performance rights when we can. Also, we are willing to purchase extra copies of a video when it seems appropriate.

We have never lost or damaged a client's original video. However, things can happen. We suggest making a copy of your video and then sending us the original (be sure to send us the original, not the copy, to ensure maximum video qualtiy). We only ship via UPS for maximum reliability, and suggest you do the same if you are shipping your video to us.
