Yes. We need to make a separate print plate for each size. You will be charged for the total quantity of labels plus a copy change charge for each additional size. Doing this will save you money compared to pricing each size as a separate quantity. Although sizes can be printed on custom logo labels, we encourage small quantity garment producers to consider other sizing options due to the difficulties you may encounter maintaining a proper inventory.

A digital proof will only show layout, not colors, which is one of the main reasons a proof is supplied. If you supply us low resolution JPEGs, we can check your files prior to printing and if there is a difference or a problem, we will contact you. We don't spellcheck for you, but we do check all incoming files for a number of things such as resolution. The elimination of proofs back and forth means your printing will get to press faster.

It is not possible here to address the wide variety of issues that may create unexpected printing results. TLA logos are extensively tested with digitial and hard copy proofs prior to our making them available. In short, we know they work. But they make not work as expected if you are using nonstandard software or printing processes. Yes, the PSM color code numbers we provide is a universal standard for color inks and you can specify that while placing an order to your printer. You can also have your printing vendor contact us for more information.

Yes, we accept custom logos on most of our products. There is a plate charge for most of our ribbons when using your own artwork. This is a one-time fee, so in the future you will not have to pay for the plate again and you can use it to print your custom logo on ribbons as many times as you want. Please allow 4-5 days to make the plate and 2-3 days for printing the ribbons. Please refer to the custom logo category for items that can be printed with your own artwork.

Yes for sure! We need your graphic or logo in fairly high resolution to ensure a nice clean cut. We prefer vector artwork where possible, but our designer can work with you to convert your graphic, logo or idea into a suitable graphic format.

Your logo should be submitted in a vectored computer file such as CorelDraw (version 11) or Illustrator (version CS2). Vectored art allows us to increase the size of the logo without any loss of detail and also allows us to separate the colours for printing. If you send your file via email it is wise to send an additional copy of your logo saved in an unchangeable format (gif, jpeg etc.) Sometimes artwork will change if fonts are not compatible.

We offer pad printing on some of our hardware/accessories. We do not encourage printing on top of our webbing.

Yes – with some minimum volume requirements. Most sizes of Dart cups and containers can be custom printed in up to four spot colors. If you are interested in custom printing, Contact Us. Our local Sales Representative can arrange for you to source custom printed Dart cups and/or containers from your local Dart distributor. We also offer stock printed cups. Sure. Before your print media project goes to printing, whether it is adveising fliers, postcards, invitation cards, business cards, etc., you may view it online at a protected private page. The design will have a copyright watermark on it, however, when it is put online for copyright purposes.

Yes. We will not print anything until you are completely satisfied with your design and have physically approved the design and color proof.
