Evidently you haven't been to Milton Keynes. Roundabouts, also called gyratories, are a mystery to anyone used to having their junctions meet at angles, mostly of the 90 degree variety. Traffic streams around a central island - except for mini-roundabouts, where it streams around a central spot of paint - after first yielding to anyone coming from the right.

First, make sure the SHN file passes MD5 verification; if it does not, redownload the file. If the file passes MD5 verification and you are still getting the magic number error, leave am error report via the show details page noting the magic number error and which track the error occurs on.
