Please call our Customer Support Team on +44 (0)870 241 1064 regarding the return of the wrong item and despatch of the correct one. I received the wrong item. How can I get it replaced?

Simply notify us at 856-795-8183 and ship the item back to us. A replacement item will be sent as soon as we receive the original item. You will be reimbursed the cost of shipping the item back to us only if you utilize the shipping method we authorize. Under no circumstances will you you be reimbursed for shipping an item back using any Next Day, Second Day, or 3 Day shipping service.

How do I exchange an item I've received for something else?

If you've kept your packing slip, fill out the exchange portion of the form on the back of the slip with the item(s) you would like to order, and include it when sending your return merchandise. If the amount for the replacement item(s) exceeds the amount to be refunded (cost of the product only; delivery and service charge can not be refunded unless the error was ours), please include payment for the additional amount. There are no additional charges for delivery if you're exchanging an item.

Missing information may result in a delay or denial of the refund. After receiving the item, your customer service representative will inspect the garment, and issue a refund (excluding shipping) if deemed appropriate. Items received by our Returns Department will not be returned unless prior arrangements for postage have been made.
