A blue border means that cam is in the top 3 cams at the moment, as voted by our members. Congratulate them! In some cases we substitute a like product, size or color for the item that you ordered. We only do this in those cases where the substitution makes sense (e.g., it is a close match in color, style or size to what you selected). If you aren't happy with the substitute, please return it. Many of our designs come in different colors.  Usually, if a color is typed at the bottom of the tattoo picture (e.g. H-07-2 Blue) then there is more than one color available.  Try entering the design description as a word search, and you should get all the different colors and styles available.  Some designs come in ten different color alternatives, some have just a couple alternatives, and some come only in one color scheme.
