In two years of watching Get Smart on eBay, I saw the original sheet music from 1965 on sale once and it sold for around $60. That's the only time I've seen it for sale. Yes since The Ring & The Ring Two soundtrack was released, the track "The Well" has become very popular, as it is a simple piano arrangement of the creepy music used constantly in these great films.
