For example, Royal Crown Limited Fence uses 12 parts per 100 of Titanium Dioxide (Ti02) as a U.V. inhibitor. That is more than any other vinyl fence manufacturer uses and more than would be found in a premium vinyl siding. Vinyl siding companies do not use recycled materials because of the inability to produce a consistently superior quality product.

The base ingredient of Triple Crown Fence products is PVC materials, which are first-run, virgin materials and are not applicable to any recycled materials or products.

Although not classified as graffiti proof, vinyl fencing is fairly easy to clean and most graffiti comes off with just a little effort. Often, the graffiti can be removed with "simple green" detergent and a soft cloth. In more severe cases, use 0000 steel wool (super fine), either by itself, or with "simple green" or in extreme cases, use with lacquer thinner, and dry with a soft cloth quickly afterwards.

Yes. The fence post can be core mounted into concrete or surface mounted with one of our pedestal bases. When using a pedestal base, it is recommended not to use a fence over 54 inches tall.

Yes. The posts will require special bases attached to them to facilitate attachment to the timber decking.

In short, you need to get the approval of the Architectural Committee. To fasten posts to a concrete slab, we always recommend that you core drill the concrete. If this is not feasible, then you may be able to use our deck mounts. These two-piece aluminum castings fit inside the bottom of a post and secure to the post though the expansion of the two pieces by tightening a bolt. Since deck mounts fit inside posts, fence styles with bottom rails may not work properly since the rails will be in the way.
