The Ministry has set up a foundation and department within the Ministry of Magic to assist these people. The film is entirely shot through hand-held cameras. Mostly from one held by the main character, but apparently other people will show up along the way with cameras too. However it should be noted that George Romero is against the film being labelled in this way as The Blair Witch Project was about realism whereas this film uses the style to convey certain cinematic qualities in a new way. For example, people will block the shot at times to add to the tension.
